Since the embroidery designs are approximately 5.5&#8243; square, the collar casing of the X-Small and Small bandanas is constructed differently than the Large and X-Large. Also, you&#8217;ll see below that the Large and X-Large bandana fabric can be cut to shape before embroidering, while it is cut out of the fabric AFTER embroidery on the X-Small and Small. Fold the front of the bandana to the back along this line. Place the outer hoop on the Grippy Grid aligning it with the center lines. Hoop the PolyMesh and the bandanna fabric, keeping the template center in the center of the hoop. Place the hoop on the embroidery machine. Remove the template sheet. Using the features of your embroidery machine, align the center of the design with the needle. Remove the template sheet before you embroider. Place the outer hoop on the Grippy Grid aligning it with the center lines. Hoop the PolyMesh and the bandanna fabric, keeping the template centered in the hoop. Remove the template sheet before you embroider. Stitch out the embroidery design according to the thread chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 6<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the embroidery is completed, remove the project from the hoop and trim away the excess OESD Polymesh. With the right side of the bandana down, press the embroidery into the Perfect Embroidery Press Cloth.
