Supplies:
- Zen Florals Collection – #12812
- OESD Fusible Woven
- OESD Fuse and Seal
- OESD Medium Weight CutAway Stabilizer
- OESD Expert Embroidery Tape TearAway
- OESD Perfect Scoring Tool
- OESD Perfect Punch Tool
- OESD MiniMAT
- OESD Perfect Embroidery Press Cloth
- 2 pieces White Fabric for each page – 10″ x 12″ for the front, 7″ x 9″ for the back
- Craft foam sheets – 7″ x 9″ for each page
- Ring Clips
- Fabric Markers
Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare the 10″ x 12″ pieces of fabric you’ll be using for the fronts of pages by ironing Fusible Woven to the wrong sides.

Step 2
Hoop one layer of Medium Weight CutAway with the prepped fabric.

Step 3
Embroider your chosen design. Press, then trim to 8″ x 10″.

Step 4
Cut two pieces of OESD Fuse and Seal to be the same size as the front fabric (8″ x 10″) and back fabric (7″ x 9″).

Step 5
Flip the embroidered front fabric over and cut about 1/2″ of the stabilizer away from the edge of the fabric. Leave the rest attached for added support. Place the larger piece of Fuse and Seal onto the back of the fabric and adhere with an iron.

Step 6
Once cool, remove the shiny paper with the Perfect Scoring Tool to expose the other side of the Fuse and Seal. Place the foam in the center and fold the edges of the fabric over. With the iron on a LOW setting to prevent melting the foam, carefully press the edges to the foam. Flip the project over and iron the fabric side to the foam. Lay something flat and heavy, like a large book, on the fabric once it’s pressed to avoid curling. Remove after a few minutes.

Step 7
Attach the smaller piece of the Fuse and Seal to the 7″ x 9″ piece of backing fabric. With the embroidery facing down, adhere the back fabric over the foam and folded fabric edges. This will give your page a clean, finished look.

Step 8
Repeat these steps with as many pages as you would like.

Step 9
Use the Perfect Punch Tool and punch 3 holes in each page, making sure they’re in the same location throughout.

Step 10
Attach the rings.

Step 11
Use fabric markers to color in the design and enjoy!
