Instructions
Step 1
Prep all fabric by ironing OESD Fusible Woven to the wrong sides.
Step 2
Hoop one layer of Medium Weight TearAway and the fabric for the front of the stuffed animal.
Step 3
Stitch machine step one, and place applique fabric over stitch markers. Stitch machine step two and cut along cut line.
Step 4
Repeat Step 3 with the remaining applique fabrics.
Step 5
Finish stitching all machine steps for your chosen design.
Step 6
Once completed, remove the front fabric from the hoop. Tear away excess stabilizer.
Step 7
On the back of the fabric, outline the animal. This is a guide to where you are going to sew the front and back together.
Step 8
With right sides together, pin the back fabric to the front fabric. Flip it over so you can see your guide line. Sew along the guide line, leaving an opening at the bottom
Step 9
Cut just outside the line that you sewed.
Step 10
Turn the animal right side out and use the OESD Point & Press tool to help create crisp seams.
Step 11
Use OESD Alligator Clamps to help fill the stuffed animal with polyfill.
Step 12
Turn the bottom edges in and sew together.
Step 13
Your stuffed animal is complete!
