Supplies:

Instructions:

Step 1

Cut Fusible Woven large enough to cover the back of the table runner, then fuse to the back.

Step 2

Fold the table runner 12” from one end and press.

Step 3

From the other end of the table runner, fold up 10 ½” and press.

Step 4

Find the lengthwise center of the 12” section for template placement. Finger press the fold.

Step 5

Use this center line to place your template.

Step 6

Hoop StabilStick CutAway with the paper side up.

Step 7

Score the paper backing and remove to expose the sticky side.

Step 8

Hoop the design, centering it according to your template sheet. ** IMPORTANT: Remove the template before stitching. Tape a piece of StitcH2O on to the table runner. Stitch the design. After the design is finished, remove the StabilStick CutAway and then StitcH2O (tear as much of it away as possible before rinsing the rest.)

Step 9

Cut the oilcloth 11 ½” x 35”. Using clips instead of pins, clip the table runner and the oilcloth wrong sides together.

Step 10

Stitch the oilcloth and table runner together.

Step 11

Fold the bottom (the 10 ½” side) up. Divide into 4 sections and mark stitch lines to make evenly spaced pockets. This is where you’ll make the sections for the s’mores sticks. Stitch the lines and the sides to make 4 pockets.

Step 12

Add sticky Velcro for closure.

Step 13

Add your s’mores sticks to the pockets, then bring them to your campfire to enjoy your roasted marshmallows.
